Return Policy

Refunds and replacements are possible for 30 days from your order date in case of legitimate item defects or if your item is not received.

To start a refund or replacement, email us at blitzedeu@gmail.com with your order number and a short description of the issue (and photos, if the item arrived damaged or defective). We'll respond within one business day.

EU customers also have a statutory right to cancel an order within 14 days of delivery for any reason—see our Terms of Service.
